Holy crap, I’ve got to have one of these.
Artist and naturalist Sarina Brewer recycles the natural into the unnatural, breathing new life into the animals she resurrects. While earning a BFA in 1992 from the Minneapolis College of Art and Design, she worked predominantly with oil paint and found objects, most of which were animal remains.
She’s got some pretty ill fantasy taxidermy art right here.

BROTHER DB2-B791-015 is an immensely talented textile designer I know here in Chicago. He’s been occasionally selling his hand made messenger bags on Ebay.
The love, craft, and brilliant design sensibility that dude puts into his work is amazing and his blog is worth checking out.

A brilliant photographer from Idaho. Link was shared by a friend who did the backend for the site, via good food productions in Chicago. I love finding out about new design studios in my city because for as small as I like to think Chiicago is… there are way more interesting things going on here to keep track of than there used to be.
